Return Policy for Artesian Steps
We want you to love your shoes as much as we loved crafting them. If you’re not completely satisfied with your artesian steps purchase, we’re here to help.
🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging and tags

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Please note: Customized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem! We offer free exchanges within the 30-day window. Just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
💵 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return

To begin a return or exchange:

  2. Include your name, order number, and reason for return

  3. We’ll reply with instructions and a return address
