Shipping Policy for Artesian Steps

Thank you for shopping with Artesian Steps! Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship our handcrafted footwear to your door.

🚚 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Note: During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping selection.

🌎 International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Shipping fees and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes upon delivery.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package at any time through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

🚫 Lost or Stolen Packages

Artisan Steps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier first. We’re happy to assist in filing a claim if needed.

🛑 Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If your address falls under these categories, please reach out to us directly and we’ll try to accommodate where possible.
